Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

Copyhart provides consultancy and documentation services. Most of our services involve time, expertise, and processing with government authorities. Therefore, refunds are subject to strict conditions.

2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

Once a service has been initiated, no refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Application has been submitted to government authorities
• Work has already been started or completed
• Delay or rejection caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
• Change of mind after payment

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake
• Payment deducted but service not initiated by Copyhart
• Unable to process application due to internal limitations from our side

In such cases, refund requests must be raised within 3–5 working days of payment.

4. Partial Refund

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted after deducting:

• Consultation charges
• Documentation and processing fees
• Government fees (non-refundable under any circumstances)

5. Government Fees

All government fees paid for registrations (Trademark, FSSAI, MSME, etc.) are non-refundable, as per government rules and regulations.

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
• Copyhart is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before service initiation. Once the work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Copyhart reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
